The first season is really hard to watch for a long stretch because it's not clear what is real and what is not and after getting you to sympathize with the main characters there is an awful lot of suffering but the next two seasons build on this, may not answer all the questions but interesting journey. If you're open to pure fantasy sequences this will be up your alley. This show is great at week to week cliffhangers but that mostly disappears if one binges it as I just rewatched it that way.
