No. ShowTracker.Net is a web based application, and therefore does not require any installation on your computer. You can access your account from any internet enabled computer with a broadband connection.

What type of internet connection is required to use ShowTracker.Net?

ShowTracker.Net requires the user to have a broadband connection. This can be DSL, cable, or satellite. Unfortunately, the ShowTracker.Net application will not function at a desirable speed when using a dialup connection.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to subscribe to ShowTracker.Net?

Yes. Once you have completed your 14 day free trial you will be required to register an account with PayPal, if you do not already have one, in order to subscribe to the ShowTracker.Net service.

Can I change my subscription level once I've subscribed?

Yes. Once you are a member you can change your subscription level at any time by logging into the application and selecting My Account from the menu and selecting Manage Subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription at anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at anytime by logging into your PayPal account and cancelling from there. Once you have cancelled your subscription you will continue to have access to your account for the remainder of the monthly billing period. ShowTracker.Net does not provide refunds for partial months of service.
